Reader's Letters

These are a couple of the letters I've received, I did alter them a bit (initializing the names), but otherwise they are intact.  If you see your email and didn't want it posted I apologize, let me know and I will remove it promptly.  If you decide to email me and don't want yours posted, just write that in the letter and I will comply.  The reason I've decided to post them, as well as the reader's questions page, is that I want to show my sincerity.  I really do want to help people in the craft and their daily lives.  Posting the letters and questions may help someone else, or give them the incentive they need to ask their own questions either to me, or most importantly to themselves.

    Thank you for the section on Witch Names - it was very helpful.  I am feeling a bit like a sponge these days, soaking up as much information as I can get my hands on.  I plan to do some more reading and research before I decide on a name.  I am solo, so I don't feel rushed to come to a decision.  I will say that I have been supplementing my book research with site surfing, and you are so right in saying that there are very different "opinions" and presentations of Wicca.  Your site reads very well - straightforward and clear - and I have been using it often.  Can't wait for the sections on stones and herbs. 

 

    Just wanted to say thank-you and tell you that you are making a difference.

My name is K, I'm living in Belgium near Antwerp, and I'm a network administrator (at the moment I'm scrI saw your homepage and I like it very much, the things you write about, the little introduction about yourself, it's a nice thing that came over you.

Sometimes I hear a child calling mummy, it couldn't come from the TV because there was nothing with children on it, and when I went to see my two children they were sleeping both very deeply. So I don't know if it came from them or were it came from.

I don't know why I write this to you, but your story just put me to it I think, Since a view weeks I'm reading about wicca and witchcraft, I've bought books and search for sites about paganism and wicca, and all that surrounds it. I feel like coming home, I bought myself a Lapis Lazuli and a granite stone, and since I'm wearing them I feel much more myself and stronger. I think I found a way of living that maybe I had in a previous life, it feels that way. So, sorry I bothered you, if you want to mail with a Belgian witch-to-be :) I will be pleased to mail with you.
